Repeated and deliberate violations of the constitution and advocating for the same by anyone elected to office that requires an oath to uphold and protect said constitution should be prima Facia evidence of that persons unfitness to hold that or any other office.
1. Coercing private businesses to censor opposition
2. Actively promoting the disarmament of the people
3. Unilateral nullification of private contracts
4. Banning peaceable assemblies under color of law by declaring a state of emergency
5. Committing war crimes and crimes against humanity especially without a declaration of war
6. Violating the Nuremberg code by forcing people to submit to experimental medical procedures
This list is not exhaustive nor is it exclusive to the current regime. Since the end of WW2 (and before) our government has engaged in multitudes of crimes, usurpations and violations of our own foundational principles as codified in the Constitution of the United States. We have allowed these violations because we were comfortable and prosperous. We are rapidly approaching a time however, when we will be uncomfortable and will want to reject these violations. When this time comes we will have allowed to many abuses and crimes and will no longer have the means to resist.
Now, in this moment, choices must be made to avoid the worst of the consequences of our ambivalence. We can begin to unravel the web of lies and confiscations and restore a dangerous liberty or we can continue to accept our path and experience for ourselves the torment of generations and nations past.
