Legislative Priorities for 2024

My legislative priorities (in no particular order) for 2024
1. Repeal tax on owner occupied residential property
2. Repeal the sales tax
3. Repeal abortion criminalization
4. Ban ESG considerations In state investments
5. De-list cannabis 
6. Strip governor of emergency powers without specific act of legislature
7. Strip executive agencies of rule making authority without specific act of legislature
8. Abolish occupational licensing for non-life threatening occupations 
9. Abolish qualified immunity
10.  Abolish eminent domain
11. Abolish no knock warrants 
12. Abolish civil asset forfeiture
13. Nullify federal gun laws
14. Preemptive ban on red flag laws
15. Repeal “right to work” law
16. Pass defend the guard law
17. Protect state owned land, outside urban areas from disposal without a ballot question
18. No public money, labor or resources may be allocated for any closed or restricted primary election.
18. Repeal the individual income tax
